Parent Committee 

Our Parent Committee is structured with four team leaders working in unison with other swim team parent volunteers. This committee meets separately from the coaches and forwards fundraising updates, information, and recommendations to the coaches regularly.

 

Parent Committee Responsibilities

 

Fundraising:  responsibilities includes direction with fundraising efforts that solely benefit the swimmers and their families!  A seperate bank account has been created to keep these funds organized and will be directed towards team travel, meet entry fees, team trips, etc. Monies will be spent according to the needs and/or wishes of the team, as this funding is benefiting them! Decisions made by the parent committee are done so in accordance with the wishes of the coaches and other swim team parents!

Meets:  responsibilities include meet management, travel meet planning and chaperones.

Social  responsibilities include the organization of social activities through the swim season such as the annual Christmas Party, awards banquets, team travel trips, etc.
